BMW F30 3-Series Audio Upgrade.
Even though this new 3-Series BMW had the upgraded "Hi-Fi" system fitted from factory, it still sounded very ordinary with no dynamics or detail. The cars owner wanted better sound without losing any space and with no modifications..... challenge accepted! The Rainbow IL8.3F 8" 3-way components are made specifically for the BMW F-Series and to "drop" directly into the factory mounting locations while the Mosconi 60.6 6-Channel amplifier fits perfectly below the rear floor panel. It runs the front speakers "semi-active" from channels 1-4 and runs the rear speakers from channels 5 and 6. The result: A massive improvement in sound quality, dynamics, detail and level while retaining a completely stealth installation.
